Why We Don’t Accept Insurance
Sea Wellness Acupuncture believes that each patient deserves individualized treatments tailored to their specific health concerns. In the context of Eastern Medicine, treatments serve to address the entirety of a patient’s physical, mental/emotional, and even spiritual wellbeing naturally and holistically that allows healing unique to the individual.
As to not be held by the confines of one size fits all protocols and red tape, Sea Wellness Acupuncture does not accept insurance. Insurance companies are not in the room. The blanket prescriptions they accept are not always in the best interest of each patient. More importantly, western medical terminology, diagnoses, and treatment plans and strategies are not reflective of and cannot always be translated to eastern medical and holistic treatment modalities. At Sea Wellness Acupuncture, we treat you, not your insurance provider, and do so with the freedom to provide you with the best care possible.
